1. Age Requirement
FlirtBot is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using FlirtBot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Misrepresentation of age is a violation of these Terms and may be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
2. What FlirtBot Is
FlirtBot provides AI-powered voice companion experiences. All voices, characters, and personas on FlirtBot are entirely AI-generated. No real human beings are involved in any conversation, and no real persons are depicted or recorded.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FlirtBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use FlirtBot if you are under 18 years of age
- Attempt to circumvent any security, age verification, or payment systems
- Use FlirtBot in jurisdictions where adult content services are prohibited
- Attempt to extract, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any AI model or system
- Share access credentials, session tokens, or payment session IDs with others
4. Payments
FlirtBot charges on a per-minute basis. Payment packages are non-refundable once a call session has been initiated. Billing appears discreetly on your statement. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Privacy & Conversations
FlirtBot does not record, store, or retain the content of your conversations. Audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We may collect anonymized usage statistics (session duration, message count) for service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
All FlirtBot companions are AI. They do not have consciousness, emotions, or genuine personal relationships. FlirtBot is an entertainment service. If you are experiencing distress or need support, please contact a qualified mental health professional.
7. Content Disclaimer — 18 U.S.C. § 2257
FlirtBot generates all audio content synthetically via AI. No real persons are depicted in any sexual act or sexually explicit conduct. FlirtBot is not a producer of content involving real persons and maintains no records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. § 75, as those provisions do not apply to synthetically generated content not depicting real persons.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FlirtBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlirtBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of FlirtBot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
