Who can use Flirtbot

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

Information we collect

• Account & usage data: an anonymous account identifier stored in a cookie, your coin balance, and free-trial claim status.
• Conversation content: messages you send are transmitted to our AI providers to generate replies. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own security standards.
• Technical data: IP address (in hashed form for abuse prevention and free-trial limits), device/browser type, and basic analytics.

How we use your information

• To operate the chat and voice features and generate AI responses.
• To track and deliver the coins you have purchased or been granted.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• To improve reliability and performance of the Service.

Third-party processors

We share limited data with vendors strictly to run the Service, including AI text and voice providers and our payment processor (Stripe). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction records only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Conversation data may be retained temporarily for safety and quality but is not sold or used to identify you.

Your choices

You can clear your browser storage at any time to reset your local session. You may request deletion of data associated with your account by contacting us. Note that some records (e.g., transaction logs) may be retained where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
