Terms of Service

By accessing or using flirtbot.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms include an all-sales-final refund policy, limitations of liability, and rules of acceptable use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using Flirtbot you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

2. What Flirtbot is

Flirtbot provides entertainment through fictional, AI-generated characters that chat and speak with you. The characters are not real people. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. Nothing the AI says is professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, psychological, or otherwise), and it should not be relied upon.

3. Coins, payments & NO REFUNDS

The Service uses virtual "coins" that can be spent on text messages and voice calls. Coins have no cash value and are a limited, revocable license to access features — not property.
All purchases are final. All sales are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for unused coins, partially used coins, or accounts later suspended for violations of these Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to pay all charges incurred. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Chargebacks: Because coins are delivered instantly and are non-refundable, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest disputes, provide transaction records to the payment processor, suspend or permanently ban the account, and pursue any amounts owed.
Prices, coin values, and pack contents may change at any time. Promotional or free coins may expire or be withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use — legal, consensual, ethical only

You may use Flirtbot only for lawful, consensual, and ethical purposes. You agree that you will not:

Use the Service if you are under 18, or attempt to make any character depict, reference, or role-play as a minor;
Attempt to generate or solicit sexual content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable people, threats, harassment, or anything illegal;
Use the Service to harass, harm, defame, stalk, or impersonate any person;
Attempt to bypass safety systems, content limits, rate limits, or payment; reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Zero tolerance. Any attempt to use the Service for illegal, non-consensual, or unethical purposes — especially anything involving minors — will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access with no refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement.

5. User-generated content & AI output

You are solely responsible for what you type, request, or create using the Service, and for how you use any output. The AI may produce content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or not to your liking. We are not responsible or liable for anything the AI generates, nor for anything a user creates, requests, or does with the Service. You use the Service and any output at your own risk.

6. No warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI responses will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirtbot and its owners, operators, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or anything the AI says. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim, or (b) US $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flirtbot and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service and any remaining coins ends immediately, with no refund.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis; to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class action.
