Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Who can use Flirtbot

Flirtbot is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. All conversations are kept within a PG-13 boundary that is enforced by the service.

2. The service

Flirtbot provides AI-generated text and voice companionship for entertainment purposes only. Characters are fictional and their responses are generated by AI. Flirtbot does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Tokens & Payments

Text chatting is free. Voice calling uses tokens, where 1 token equals 1 minute of active voice calling. Tokens are sold in one-time packs (for example, Starter, Standard, and Power User packs) at the prices shown on our tokens page. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

During a voice call, 1 token is deducted for every 60 seconds of active connection. If your token balance reaches zero during a call, the call ends automatically so that your balance never goes negative. Purchased tokens do not expire.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Flirtbot does not offer refunds for any token purchase, including unused tokens, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at the support address below and we will review your case.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass the PG-13 content boundary, or use Flirtbot for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
