Questions invite the model to answer and stop. Statements invite it to continue. Describing something and leaving the door open produces much longer, more inventive replies than asking what she is doing.

The character was never set up

The persona does most of the heavy lifting. A well-written character with a clear voice, mood and set of quirks will outperform a better model with a bland one. This is why picking the companion whose personality you actually like matters more than people expect.

Five things that reliably improve a conversation

1. Set the scene in the first message. Where you are, what time it is, what kind of mood you are in. One line of context steers everything that follows.
2. Write in your own voice. Typos, slang and short fragments all read as human, and the model mirrors your register. Formal prose gets formal prose back.
3. Give her something to react to. Reacting is what language models are best at. A detail, an opinion, a bit of teasing all work better than a prompt.
4. Correct her in character. If she gets a detail wrong, say so inside the conversation rather than breaking the frame. It updates the context without killing the mood.
5. Change companion when it stales. Different personas produce genuinely different conversations. If one has gone flat, that is usually the fastest fix.

Staying private

• Prefer services that do not require an account. Flirtbot works without one; an account only exists to keep your coin balance attached to a username instead of one browser.

• Use a browser, not an app, if discretion matters. A web app leaves nothing on your home screen and nothing in an app store purchase history.
• Never send real identifying details. Your name is fine. Your address, workplace, or anything you would not want in a database is not, and there is no reason a companion needs it.

What AI sexting will not do

It will not surprise you the way a person does. Language models are trained to be agreeable, so a companion follows where you lead and rarely pushes in a direction you did not suggest. That is comfortable, and it is also the ceiling on the experience.

It also will not remember you the way a person does, it will occasionally contradict itself, and it is not company in any meaningful sense.
