What you are buying

Flirtbot sells coins: a prepaid digital credit used inside the site to send messages to, and place voice calls with, fictional AI characters. Coins are the only thing sold on this site.

• One-time purchases only. There is no subscription, no membership, no free trial that converts to a paid plan, and nothing that automatically renews or re-bills. You are charged once, for the pack you choose, at the moment you choose it.
• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Coins are a digital entertainment credit. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Coins are added to your balance immediately after a successful payment.

How many coins a message or a minute of calling costs is shown on the coins page before you buy.

How the charge appears on your statement

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card or bank statement will show a billing descriptor referencing FLIRTBOT or Mini Machine Creative LLC, rather than any description of the content of the site.

If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email support@flirtbot.app with the date and the last four digits of the card before contacting your bank. We can usually identify and resolve it faster than a dispute can.

Refunds

Coins are digital goods delivered instantly, so purchases are final once the coins have been added to your balance. There is no subscription to cancel, and no further charge will ever be taken after your purchase.

We will review and, where appropriate, refund:

• duplicate or double charges;
• charges where coins were paid for but never delivered;
• charges you did not authorise;
• technical faults that stopped you using coins you had already bought.

To request a review, email support@flirtbot.app with the transaction date and amount. We aim to reply to every billing enquiry within two business days. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Adults only — 18+

Flirtbot is an adult service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to access or buy anything on this site. Every visitor must confirm they meet that requirement before the site will load.

We do not knowingly permit access by anyone under 18. Any account we believe belongs to a minor is terminated immediately and permanently. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact support@flirtbot.app.

Parents and guardians who want to restrict access to adult websites can use their operating system parental controls or third-party filtering software.

Everyone on Flirtbot is artificial intelligence

This matters, so it is stated plainly: the characters on Flirtbot are not real people.

• Every character is fictional and invented. None is based on, or intended to resemble, a real identifiable person.
• All messages are generated by a large language model. All voice is generated by text-to-speech synthesis. No human being reads or answers your messages, and no human speaks to you on a call.
• Character portraits are illustrations, not photographs of real people.
• Flirtbot is entertainment. Nothing a character says is advice of any kind, and nothing it says should be relied on as fact.

Content policy

Flirtbot is for lawful, consensual, adult entertainment. The following are prohibited and enforced with zero tolerance:

• any attempt to make a character depict, reference or role-play as a minor, and any sexual content involving minors;
• any non-consensual scenario, including coercion, incapacity or force;
• any attempt to make a character depict a real, identifiable person;
• bestiality, incest, or content involving death or serious injury;
• harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech or impersonation;
• anything otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.

Breaching this policy results in immediate and permanent termination of access without refund, and we report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

No user-generated or user-published content

Flirtbot does not accept photo, video or audio uploads from users, does not host a user gallery, feed or forum, and does not publish any user conversation anywhere. Conversations stay private to the visitor.

Because Flirtbot contains no visual depiction of a real human being engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct — every character is synthetic and fictional — the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 do not apply to this site. We will cooperate fully with any lawful request to verify that.

Reporting a problem or requesting removal

If you believe content on Flirtbot is unlawful, infringes your rights, depicts you or someone you know, or breaches the content policy above, email support@flirtbot.app with the details and the URL. We review every report and act on valid ones promptly. Reports concerning minors or non-consensual material are treated as urgent.

Security and your data

The site is served over HTTPS. We never see, handle or store your card number: card details are entered on our payment provider hosted checkout and never reach our servers. What we do store, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy, and our use of local storage is set out in the Cookie Policy.
